Design Specifications

Drive and Speed 2 to 10 foot long drive modules with motor horse powers from .5 to 2 and speeds from 30 to 200 feet per minute.
Slave Rollers and Drive Belts 1.9 inch diameter 16 gauge grooved roller with a 7/16 inch spring retained hex axle. Utilizes 3/6 inch diameter 83A durometer urethane drive belts. Curve rollers are tapered.
Frames and Finish
  • Formed channel frame with bolted self-aligning crossmembers.
  • Available in:
    • 8.00” deep with 2.75” Flanges, 10 gauge
    • 6.50” deep with 2.00” Flanges, 10 gauge
    • 5.50” deep with 1.50” Flanges, 12 gauge
  • Rollers set high on 2, 3, 4 or 6 inch centers.
  • All painted with electro-statically applied polyester hybrid powder coat paint.
Length or Degree Straight intermediate sections standard in 12 inch increments or even zone lengths if accumulating. (Example: 120 inch section is standard with 4 each 30 inch long zones) Curves available in 30, 45, 60 or 90 degree arcs.
Widths 13 to 47 inches between the frames in 1 inch increments.
Accumulation Controls
Standard 24 volt DC Diffuse type photo electric/solenoid controlled zone sensor actuating a brake rail mounted to the cross members below through air logic. (120 volt type also available as an option.)
Zone Lengths
Zone lengths of 18, 24, 30 and 36 inches long.
Accessories A full line of available accessories. 30 degree converging and diverging spurs. Air operated single or multiple row wheel diverters. Air operated right angle transfers, reversible. Curves at 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees.
